Executive-short course pricing policy

Policy

The CED at the UD provides professional development training in several fields. The  product line includes, open enrollment, that is in person, online or hybrid as well as bespoke programs developed to meet company requirements.

1. Pricing Strategy

Our pricing strategy is a cost-based plus strategy where we take the costs involved for the delivery of the program and add a 20% admin fee plus 40% markup fee for customized programs, and a 20% admin fee plus 30% markup fee for public programs. This is to ensure all our costs are covered for each program. We make a point never to run any course that may fall into a loss or “the red”. We also strive to minimize costs for our clients, ensuring they perceive significant value for their investment and are motivated to maintain a long-lasting partnership with us. When required to reduce the cost of a customized program, we reduce the mark-up value to 30%.
