ENGL 120 English 2
The purpose of this course is to help develop reading and writing language skills that are essential to achieve academic success. Through reading students improve their reading strategies and expand general and academic English vocabulary at tertiary level. The course will also develop skills in understanding and analyzing documents written in English and skills in paraphrasing, summarizing, essay composition and responding (in writing, at an upper-intermediate level) to documents written in English and further improve student’s academic writing style.
