UAE Ministry of Education (MOE)
University of Dubai located in Dubai Academic City is officially relicensed until 2 March 2026 by the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA), Ministry of Education (MOE) to award all UD programs.
AACSB International, USA
Dubai Business School is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) international. Visit AACSB Accreditation for AACSB Schools Accredited in Business (ordered by name). The initial accreditation took place on April 26, 2009, and the current valid accreditation is until 2024.
CAC-ABET Accreditation, USA
The Bachelor of Science in computing and information Systems (BSCIS) and the Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with concentration in Communication Engineering programs are accredited by the computing and Accreditation commission (CAC) of the Accreditation board for Engineering and technology (ABET). (www.abet.org). The current valid accreditation is until September 30, 2026.
MSI 20000® Financial Certification
The University of Dubai has obtained the Financial Quality Certificate MSI 20000®. This standard is dedicated to the financial quality and solidity of enterprises and institutions. The MSI 20000 certification is a universal indicator, concerning the financial situation of the university, according to a sectorial and international approach, which takes the form of a complete “financial health check” of the University historical performance in the last 5 years and benchmark it with other universities in the international level in order to help UD builds its estimated budget based on best practices and global benchmarks in the education sector.
