ENGL 220 Communication Skills
The purpose of this course is to present an overview of the foundations of human communication, with particular emphasis on the principles and practices necessary to establish and maintain effective professional and business relationships. The course covers the elements, principles and goals of communication. It deals with developing the skills of interpersonal, small group and public communication in the workplace.
