SHC 662 Talent Management and Integrated HRM Practices
The course focuses on smart talent acquisition, integrative learning and development, competitive total rewards environment, and vital talent retention measures for the short and long term success of public and private sectors in the region UAE/GCC. Students will be exposed to critical conceptual, theoretical and practical issues in each of these areas. Also, the course will provide a solid ground to discuss the real time case studies / challenges facing the organizations and the market place. One of the CLOs in this course is aligned to SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth)
