MGM 750 Leadership Theory
This course has a pre-requisite MGM700. This seminar reviews and evaluates theoretical underpinning of leadership. It addresses trait theory, contingency theory, leader-member exchange theory (LMX), transformational theory and other theoretical frameworks advanced for leadership. The seminar focuses on sharpening students abilities to critically evaluate literature on leadership.
