MGM 745 Human Resources Management
This course continues from the pre-requisite seminar MGM 700. This course reviews and evaluates modern issues in the area of Human Resources/Personnel Management (HRM) with emphasis on Dualities in HRM, HRM practices and systems, alignment of HRM practices to Organization Strategy, HRM Integration and International HRM practices. It attempts to enhance students scholarly insight and understanding of the development and knowledge in the field and to evaluate the theories pertaining to human resource management and strategic human resource management to sharpen students abilities to critically evaluate and generate new idea for increased organizational performance.
