GSCM 670 Global Supply Chain Management Strategies

This course focuses on the formulation, implementation and evaluation of organizational policy and strategy from the perspective of the manager/strategy planner. Students are expected to gain a deeper understanding of different tools and techniques needed for integrating the supply chain into a coordinated system and learn how to identify supply chain risks and design mitigation strategies to manage these risks.
