ENCS 310 Communication Systems

This course provides an in-depth exploration of communication systems, with a special focus on the design of analog communication systems that meet specified needs while considering public health, safety, welfare, and broader factors such as environmental, and economic impacts. Starting with the basics of Fourier transform properties, it progresses through analog modulation and demodulation techniques, addressing noise and multiplexing. The curriculum is designed to enhance technical proficiency while integrating a holistic approach to engineering communication system designs, ensuring solutions are both effective and ethically grounded.
